TiAL Sport MVS Wastegate (All Springs) w/Clamps - Blue

This is the TiAL 38mm MV-S External Wastegate. It's one of TiAL's more compact wastegates, offering optimal boost control. The MV-S supersedes previous 38mm designs and includes water cooling ports for heavy-duty applications (not required for all setups), three bottom pressure ports, and two top ports for boost controllers. It features a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and 347SS valve housing for extended product life, a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm, and a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring for consistent pressure up to 900F (483C). Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing, and all hardware is stainless steel. Mating weld flanges are 304L. It includes all springs for tuning to desired boost levels.
