TiAL Sport QR BOV 11 PSI Spring - Blue (29mm)

The TiAL QR is a compact recirculating BOV. It offers optional 1.0” (Subaru), 1.29” (GTR), or 1.34” (DSM/EVO) recirculation ports, utilizes the standard TiAL V-band flange, and can be converted into a standard Q BOV by swapping the bottom piece. It is suitable for turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, featuring a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp uses Stainless Steel hardware for a corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring to prevent sticking. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. It includes a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high-temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm. An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished (Stainless Steel available at additional cost). The 6061 aluminum housing can be anodized in Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, or Black. A single QR BOV can support up to 600hp. It has multiple return port options for easy OE fit and a -2psi spring for supercharged applications.
