TiAL V60 60mm Wastegates are constructed from high temperature alloys for the valves and lower housings, CNC machined billet aluminum actuator housings and Nitronic 60 valve guides and seats. These materials offer high corrosion, wear, and galling resistance. The lightweight billet aluminum actuator housing is available in silver, black, red, blue, or purple. It features a 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring for consistent pressure at elevated temperatures. Spring base pressures range from 2.17 to 15.21psi (0.15 to 1.05bar). TiAL wastegates optimize actuator-to-valve area ratio for maximum control and wide dynamic flow capacity.
