Constructed with an outer layer of pulverized volcanic lava rock rated for 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F radiant heat, this blanket is internally insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (1832°F continuous / 2300°F peak). A high-temperature stainless steel mesh overlay enhances durability and thermal resistance.
