TiALSport QR BOV 12 PSI Spring - Blue (1.0in)

The TiALSport QR BOV is a recirculating blow off valve based on the high-performance TiAL Q series. It is interchangeable with the Q and original BV50. This blow off valve is offered with various springs to accommodate different vacuum levels and a special spring for supercharged vehicles. Customizable outlet ports provide flexibility for integration into custom and existing applications. It includes a weld mounting flange (available in aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel) cut for a 2.5'' pipe and a CNC machined aluminum V-band mounting clamp with stainless steel hardware. The valve utilizes a Viton O-ring for a secure seal, and the valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The Blow Off Valve also comes with a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator features a high-temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life. Color anodized aluminum options include Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. A -2psi spring is available for supercharged applications.
