TiALSport QR BOV 12 PSI Spring - Silver (1.0in)

The TiAL Sport QR Blow Off Valve is a recirculating valve based on the high-performance TiAL Q series. It features a large 1.98 inch (50.5mm) valve and is constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy for the body and internal components. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring, clamped to prevent sticking. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. It includes a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator uses a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life. This particular variant comes with a 12 PSI spring and has a silver anodized finish. It's designed for universal application and comes with a mild steel weld base mounting flange cut for a 2.5" intercooler tube.
