Description

The Ticon Industries 109-04501-2003 is a set of five polished titanium pie cuts. Each pie cut features a 45-degree cut on each side, totaling 9 degrees per piece. These cuts are designed to form a 45-degree bend when five pieces are used together.

The pie cuts are constructed from CP1 grade titanium with a 1mm (.039in) wall thickness. They are precision laser cut, deburred, and undergo an ultrasonic cleaning process to ensure they are ready for welding upon arrival. The product has a loose radius and a polished finish.
