Description

The Ticon Industries 109-06301-0013 is a set of titanium pie cuts designed for custom fabrication. The pie cuts are precision laser-cut and undergo deburring, cleaning, and ultrasonic processes to ensure they are ready for welding.

Each pie section features a 4.5° cut on each side, totaling 9° per cut. A pack of five pieces creates a 45° bend. The product has a tight radius, 1mm (0.039") wall thickness, and a brushed finish. Ticon Industries emphasizes material control from ore to finished product, ensuring quality and consistency for motorsports enthusiasts and fabricators.
