Description

The Ticon Titanium Pie Cuts are precision laser-cut components made from CP1 grade titanium. They feature a 0.039" (1mm) wall thickness and are deburred, cleaned, and brushed to a fine finish. Each pie section has a 4.5° cut on each side, totaling 9° per piece.

Sold in packs of five, these pie cuts combine to create a 45° bend with a loose radius. They undergo a rigorous ultrasonic cleaning process before individual packaging to ensure they are ready for welding upon arrival.
