Description

The Ticon Industries 3.15" Titanium Pie Cuts are precision laser-cut components designed for fabrication. These pie cuts undergo a deburring and ultrasonic cleaning process, ensuring they are ready for welding with no additional prep work required.

Each pie section features a 4.5° cut on each side, totaling 9° per cut, to create complex bends. This pack includes 5 pieces, providing a total of 45° of bend. The tubing size is 3.15" (80mm) with a tight bend radius of 1.14D / 3.59".
