Description

These pie cuts are precision laser cut from CP1 grade titanium, then deburred, cleaned, and polished to a fine finish. Each pie section features 4.5° cuts, totaling 9° per piece, to create a 45° bend when five pieces are used together. They feature a tight radius and a 0.039" (1mm) wall thickness. The cuts undergo an ultrasonic cleaning process and are individually packaged, ready for welding.
