The Ticon Industries Titanium 90° Elbow is a universal fit fabrication component designed for custom exhaust systems. It features a 4-inch tube diameter, 1.5mm (.059") wall thickness, and a 90° bend with a .9D / 3.5" radius.

Constructed from commercially pure Grade 1 Titanium, this elbow is exceptionally lightweight and durable. Each unit is extruded, trimmed, and ultrasonically cleaned for a ready-to-weld solution, significantly reducing fabrication time for titanium exhaust systems.
