Titan V2 Intercooler

The CVF Titan V2 Intercooler builds upon the success of its predecessor, offering enhanced cooling efficiency and improved airflow for 2015-2026 Ford F-150 EcoBoost models (2.7L, 3.5L, Raptor) and 2021-2026 3.5L PowerBoost models. It is also compatible with 2018-2026 Ford Expedition and 2018-2026 Lincoln Navigator models. Engineered with a significantly larger core—82% greater volume than the factory intercooler and measuring 21" x 9.43" x 5.32”—the Titan V2 has demonstrated over 40°+ reductions in Charge Air Temperature (CAT) under real-world conditions. The intercooler features a TIG-welded bar-and-plate construction for robust durability and high-flow cast end tanks that promote smoother airflow, contributing to improved turbocharger efficiency and overall power potential. Installation is a direct bolt-on process, estimated to take approximately 30 minutes. This installation requires the removal of the active grille shutters (AGS); however, no check engine light will be triggered by their removal, and they can be reinstalled if the intercooler is later removed. The redesigned cold-side end tank eliminates the coupler connection found on the original Titan and now incorporates a built-in condensation drain, simplifying maintenance.
