Rated at 165 gallons per hour, it can support significant fueling upgrades for your Dodge Cummins 5.9L or 6.7L engine. The system boasts an improved filtration rating of 2 microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process, all contributing to the protection of your injection system and the longevity of your Bosch injection system and injectors. Installation is expedited with the included FASS BHF-1005 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, these fittings serve as both suction and return tubes, mounting directly to the fuel tank module. This design eliminates the need to cut the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be trimmed to fit various fuel tank depths, allowing for safe operation even when the fuel level is below 1/8 tank. Key features include a 16-18 PSI preset fuel pressure, 165 GPH flow rating, 2-micron filtration, and protection for injectors.
