The Akrapovic exhaust system is an aftermarket upgrade crafted from lightweight titanium. It is meticulously produced using the in-house titanium foundry to offer perfect acoustics, providing an instant deepness that grows with rising revs. At low RPMs, the exhaust emits a deep, iconic flat-six rumble, moving through a powerful mid-range and developing into a rich, strong, high-frequency acoustic sensation at high revs, with exhilarating, race-inspired burbles on downshifts. A carefully calculated and precisely welded H-link between the main pipes contributes to this sound pattern.

The Akrapovic exhaust system is an outstanding aftermarket upgrade, meticulously crafted from lightweight titanium using the company's in-house foundry. It delivers an instant deepness upon engine start, which intensifies as the revs rise. At low RPMs, expect a deep, iconic flat-six rumble, progressing to a powerful mid-range. At high revs, it produces a rich, strong, and high-frequency acoustic sensation, enhanced by thrilling, race-inspired burbles during downshifts. This sophisticated sound profile is achieved through a precisely welded H-link between the main pipes. Developed for use on closed-course competition circuits, this system provides significant performance gains. Back-to-back dyno tests show an increase of +16.6 kW (22.5 hp) and +46.8 Nm of torque at 3,400 rpm compared to the stock Porsche sport exhaust system. The torque curve offers perfect response from low engine speeds. Despite its performance focus, the tuning eliminates any drone or unwanted flow noise, ensuring comfort. However, it is important to note that this product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use. Installation on vehicles with a non-sport stock exhaust may require consulting installation instructions or contacting official Akrapovic dealers for more information.
