Titanium Exhaust Wrap 2" x 15'

The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is constructed from pulverized lava rock that has been stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary diagonal weave. This design makes the wrap stronger and more durable than many alternatives, while also being easier to install around tight bends. This exhaust wrap is engineered for high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F intermittent heat. The wrap secures tightly without the need for pre-wetting and offers a hi-tech carbon fiber look. While versatile for automotive and motorcycle use, there are specific cautions. Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended due to potential overheating and reduced lifespan. DEI advises against wrapping titanium exhaust systems, as it can make the alloy brittle and prone to cracking. For these applications, DEI suggests using flexible heat shields. Flex-pipes or flex-joints should also be avoided for wrapping.
