It is made from pulverized lava rock that is stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary diagonal weave. This exhaust wrap offers significant benefits, including lowering intake air temps, preventing burns, and shielding heat-sensitive components. It minimizes heat transmission through the vehicle's firewall and floor, contributing to a more comfortable interior. The wrap is also resistant to chemicals, oil, and vibration breakdown. Engineered to withstand extreme conditions, the DEI Titanium Wrap has a heat resistance of 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F intermittent heat. It does not require pre-wetting for installation and offers a hi-tech carbon fiber look.
