Titanium Series 165 GPH Fuel Pump System

The FASS Titanium Signature Series is a comprehensive fuel pump and filtration system engineered for 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 Powerstroke 6.7L diesel engines. This unit delivers a robust 165 gallons per hour flow rate at a consistent 10 PSI, ensuring adequate fuel supply for stock to highly modified applications. Incorporating FASS Whisper Technology (FWT), this system significantly reduces operational noise to meet the demands of modern quiet diesel engines without compromising flow rates. The system also features Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for smoother fuel flow and prevention of air/vapor reintroduction, a Mass Flow Return (MFR) to continuously polish fuel by maintaining positive pressure and removing contaminants, and a 2-micron filtration rating to protect injectors and extend their lifespan. The integrated air/vapor removal process further enhances fuel quality. Installation is simplified with new bolt-on bracket mounts that utilize the factory bed bolt on Ford Super Duty trucks, reducing installation time to mere minutes. The system is designed as a complete replacement and offers features such as improved cold weather starts, decreased emissions, and smoother engine idle.
