The FASS Titanium Signature Series 100GPH Fuel System (TSD07100G) is an aftermarket diesel fuel filtration and delivery system engineered for optimal performance, durability, and reliability. This system is rated at 100 gallons per hour and is designed to support Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L diesel engines (2005-2018 & 2021-2024 models) with enough fuel for multiple fueling upgrades. It offers advanced filtration benefits, protecting injection systems and extending the life of Bosch Injection Systems and Bosch Diesel Injectors. Key benefits include a 2-micron filtration rating, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process. This system is suitable for both daily drivers and high-performance applications seeking improved fuel economy and increased horsepower/torque. The kit includes two FASS BHF-1005 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kits made from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, allowing direct plumbing to the fuel tank module without cutting the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube is easily cut to adapt to various fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to below 1/8 tank of fuel. The system also features FASS Whisper Technology for reduced pump noise, improved pump life, and increased flow rate.
