The FASS Titanium Signature Series TSD07100G is a high-performance fuel lift pump system engineered to deliver the cleanest possible fuel to your engine. It addresses common issues like air and vapor in diesel fuel, as well as dirt and debris from the fuel tank, which can lead to expensive repairs of injectors and injection pumps. The system meticulously filters these contaminants before they reach the injectors. Constructed from durable 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, this fuel system features FASS's "Revolutionary Whisper Technology" for the quietest motor on the market. It includes a STK-1002 Bulkhead & Suction Tube Kit, large 1/2" ports and fuel lines, and a new bolt-on bracket for easier installation. The system is preset to 16-18 PSI, delivers 100 GPH, and supports up to 600 HP. A 30,000-mile filter life expectancy and a limited lifetime warranty are included. FASS's Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously polishes the fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning excess fuel to the tank after filtration.
