Titanium Signature Series 100 GPH Lift Pump

The FASS TSC10100G Titanium Signature Series is a diesel fuel lift pump engineered to provide a constant, pressurized stream of clean diesel fuel directly to your injection pump, addressing the lack of a factory lift pump in many Duramax engines. This system is crucial for preventing expensive injector and pump failures caused by air, vapor, and debris entering the fuel system. This pump supports up to 600 horsepower and delivers a robust 100 gallons per hour at 8-10 PSI, making it suitable for stock to moderately tuned trucks. It actively eliminates air and vapor from the fuel through its Mass Flow Return system and innovative Performance Radius Cuts within the pump housing. Enhanced filtration is provided by a 2-micron particulate filter and an Extreme Series water separator, significantly improving upon OEM capabilities. The pump operates quietly thanks to FASS's Whisper Technology. It is CARB approved for 50-state legality (EO D-713-3) and comes with a Lifetime Warranty upon product registration. This lift pump is ideal for towing, daily driving, or light performance upgrades, offering smoother idle, sharper throttle response, and improved performance, especially under load. However, it is not intended for builds exceeding 600 HP or heavy racing applications.
