Titanium Signature Series 100GPH Lift Pump

The FASS TSC10100G Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel lift pump is engineered to provide a clean and pressurized fuel supply for 2001-2010 GM 2500HD/3500HD Duramax trucks (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM engines). This system addresses the lack of a factory lift pump by supplying a constant stream of fuel, reducing strain on the CP3 or CP4 injection pump and preventing potential damage from air, vapor, and debris. It operates at 100 GPH and 8-10 PSI, making it suitable for stock to moderately tuned trucks with up to 600 horsepower. The pump features a 2-micron particulate filter and an Extreme Series water separator for superior filtration and injector protection. FASS's Mass Flow Return system continuously polishes the fuel, removing trapped air and maintaining cleanliness. Whisper Technology ensures quiet operation, and the included bolt-on brackets and wiring kit facilitate a no-drill installation using factory mounting points. This fuel system is CARB approved for 50-state legality (EO D-713-3). Optional ports are available for add-ons like a fuel heater or pressure gauge. While ideal for towing, daily driving, and light performance upgrades, this pump is not intended for builds exceeding 600 HP or heavy racing applications.
