The FASS Fuel Systems TS C10 165G is a Titanium Signature Series fuel/air separation system designed for diesel engines. This system features advanced filtration with a 2-micron rating, Whisper Technology to reduce noise, and Mass Flow Return technology for fuel polishing. It includes a fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, mounting bracket, wiring harness, fuel lines, and installation hardware, all sold as a kit.

The FASS TS C10 165G Titanium Signature Series is a high-performance aftermarket filtration system engineered for 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM engines, particularly those in moderate to extreme performance applications. Engineered for longevity and reliability, this fuel system boasts a 165 GPH flow rate at 8-10 PSI and features FASS's Whisper Technology, which significantly reduces pump noise while enhancing pump life and overall performance. The advanced filtration is rated at 3 microns, effectively removing water, air, and debris from diesel fuel to protect critical injection components and extend the life of your injection pump and injectors. It also includes a built-in water separation filter and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process. Installation is simplified with bolt-on bracket mounts that utilize factory bed bolts, eliminating the need for drilling or welding. The system is designed for engines producing between 600HP and 900HP. The Titanium Signature Series also incorporates FASS Silencing Technology (FST) and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved flow and reduced noise, along with Mass Flow Return (MFR) to continually polish the fuel. It offers an optional electric heater and fuel pressure gauge port. The filter has a 30K-mile life expectancy. The product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
