The FASS TSF18290F240G Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel system is engineered to be a high-performing, reliable aftermarket filtration solution for Ford Powerstroke engines. Delivering a robust 240 gallons per hour at 65 PSI, this system is capable of supporting between 900 and 1200 horsepower, making it suitable for heavily modified trucks. Its primary function is to protect the sensitive injection systems by removing air, vapor, and contaminants from the diesel fuel, which helps to extend the life of your injectors. This fuel system incorporates several advanced technologies. FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) significantly reduces operational noise, meeting the demands of modern quiet diesel engines without compromising fuel flow rates. Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are utilized within the aluminum housing to ensure smooth fuel flow and prevent the reintroduction of air and vapor. Additionally, Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously polishes the fuel by maintaining positive pressure, preventing cavitation, and removing impurities. Optional FASS Fuel Heater ports are available for enhanced cold-weather operation.
