Titanium Signature Series 240 GPH Fuel Pump

The FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel pump (TSD10250F240G) is a complete replacement system engineered to be the top performing, longest lasting, and most reliable aftermarket filtration system for diesel engines. It is specifically designed for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins 12V engine. This system boasts a verified flow rate of 240 gallons per hour at a preset 45 PSI, capable of supporting engines from 900 to 1200 HP. Advanced filtration is a key feature, including a 2-micron rating to protect injection systems and Bosch Diesel Injectors, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process. These benefits enhance engine operation, extend the life of fuel injection components, and can improve horsepower, idle quality, throttle response, fuel economy, and lower EGTs. The kit includes a bulkhead fitting and suction tube, both machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum.
