The FASS TS F14 140G Titanium Signature Series fuel system is engineered to provide superior fuel filtration and performance for 1999-2007 Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. Designed for stock to 700 HP applications, this system boasts a 140 GPH flow rate and a preset 60-65 PSI fuel pressure. Key to its performance is the advanced filtration, rated at 2 microns absolute, which effectively removes water, air, and debris, thereby protecting your fuel injectors and extending their lifespan. The integrated water separation filter and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process further enhance fuel quality. FASS has implemented its Whisper Technology (FWT) to significantly reduce operational noise, a common concern with aftermarket fuel systems. This technology was developed over two years to meet stringent quiet diesel demands without compromising fuel flow, unlike competitors who may reduce flow to quiet their pumps. The system also features Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) machining within the aluminum housing to ensure smooth fuel flow, prevent air reintroduction, and avoid eddy currents. The Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously circulates and polishes the fuel, ensuring the cleanest possible supply to your engine and preventing cavitation. Installation is streamlined with the inclusion of bolt-on bracket mounts that attach to the factory bed bolts, eliminating the need for drilling or welding. The system also includes a bulkhead fitting that functions as both a suction tube and a return port, featuring a 5/8” suction tube and a ½” fuel return port. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be cut to accommodate various fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank.
