The Norton Motorsports YR339 is a set of six titanium sprocket studs designed for Yamaha R3/MT-03 motorcycles. These studs are made from titanium 6AL-4V (grade 5) and are highly corrosion-resistant and lightweight. They are 2mm shorter than OEM studs to accommodate various sprockets.

The Norton Motorsports YR339 Titanium Sprocket Studs are a performance-oriented upgrade for Yamaha R3 and MT-03 models from 2015-2023. Crafted from high-strength titanium 6AL-4V (grade 5), these studs offer superior corrosion resistance and a significant weight reduction compared to OEM steel studs, with a claimed weight savings of over 50%. Engineered to be 2mm shorter than stock, these studs ensure compatibility with OEM 520 sprockets as well as aftermarket 415 and 520 sprockets, including thinner Superlite 415 variants. This reduction in unsprung mass at the wheel is crucial for improving a race bike's handling and overall performance. This set includes six titanium sprocket studs and two M10x1.25 nuts designed to assist with the removal of OEM studs. For proper installation, it is essential to thoroughly clean the OEM thread lock cement from the threads before installing the new titanium studs. The use of an M10x1.25 cut tap is recommended for thread cleaning.
