Titanium Turbocharger Inlet Pipe Kit

The PRL Motorsports Titanium Turbocharger Inlet Pipe Kit is engineered to maximize the intake system and turbocharger performance for the 10th Gen Honda Civic 1.5T (L15B7 engine). This direct bolt-on upgrade removes restrictions in the intake airflow path leading to the turbocharger, promoting increased efficiency and performance. The pipe utilizes thin-wall titanium construction to minimize heat soak. Its design features a cast aluminum inlet piece that ensures a smooth transition from the gasket-matched 50mm ID compressor inlet to a 76.2mm OD / 74mm ID outlet through the titanium crossover pipe. The kit increases the compressor outlet diameter to 45mm, up from the factory's 38mm, providing a significant increase in airflow volume while maintaining optimal velocity for the 1.5L engine. Installation is facilitated by a multi-piece design, offering improved fitment over single-piece alternatives. The kit includes essential components such as a cast aluminum inlet piece, a 76mm OD titanium inlet pipe, high-temperature 4-ply silicone couplers, 304 stainless steel worm clamps, vacuum hoses, and an injection-molded evap purge fitting. No ECU calibration is required for installation. This inlet pipe is exclusively compatible with PRL Motorsports Cobra Cold Air Intake systems or Short Ram Intake systems and does not fit the stock airbox. It fits all 2016-2021 Honda Civic 1.5T models, including Si, 6MT, CVT, RHD, and international variants. It also fits all 2017-2022 Honda CR-V 1.5T models when used with the OEM Civic Inlet bracket (PN: 17288-5K8-000) and all factory-fit turbochargers.
