The STM Evo 7/8/9 is a 3-inch titanium upper intercooler pipe kit. It is pie-cut and TIG welded for strength and durability, featuring larger 3-inch piping for increased boost capacity. This kit is available in a bare titanium or burned finish, and each piece is hand-made.

The STM Evo 7/8/9 3-inch Titanium Race Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit is a hand-fabricated component designed for enhanced performance. Constructed from pie-cut titanium tubing and TIG-welded for superior strength and durability, it utilizes 3-inch piping to accommodate higher boost levels. The kit includes a TiAL blow-off valve flange and an AIT bung, with a plug provided if the AIT sensor is not needed. This kit is designed for the 2001-2006 Evolution 7/8/9 models. However, it does not fit with ACD systems. Compatibility extends to intake manifolds utilizing the factory throttle body location, including OEM, Skunk2, JMF Sheetmetal, Driven Innovations, and AMS F1, but it will not fit with the JMF Billet manifold. Careful selection of the throttle body and intercooler coupler size is necessary to ensure proper fitment with your specific setup, with options for 2.75" or 3" throttle bodies and 2.5" or 3" intercooler outlets. Installation Note: These pipes will not clear a factory-sized battery, and the STM Evo 7/8/9 Small Battery Kit is recommended. The pipes have been test-fitted with STM, OEM, Buschur, and ETS intercoolers. The kit includes two 3" titanium pipes, three couplers, six stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and a Vibrant plug.
