The use of titanium results in a significant weight reduction, with this system being 47.8 lbs lighter than the stock exhaust. This system offers versatile sound profiles. When the valves are open, it unleashes a ferocious high-RPM wail complemented by a deep, rumbling low end, ideal for spirited driving and track days. When closed, it reverts to a refined, near-stock tone for comfortable cruising or early morning departures. The OEM-style electronic valves integrate seamlessly with the factory Z Mode for effortless sound control. Installation is recommended to be performed by a professional. For optimal sealing, it is advised to replace all GM Part Number 23194206 gaskets during installation. Valvetronic Designs also recommends customers work with their local GM dealership to perform the necessary valve relearn procedures to ensure the factory valves function as intended.
