TKC Turbo Kit

The TurboKits.com TKC Turbo Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the 2003-2008 Toyota Corolla, Matrix, and Vibe models equipped with the 1.8L (1ZZ-FE) engine. This comprehensive kit includes a choice of turbochargers (T28 Billet Wheel, GT2860RS, or GTX2860R Gen2), a durable High SILMoly Ductile Iron Cast 4-1 Manifold, a 3-inch Stainless Mandrel Bent Downpipe, and 2-inch to 2.5-inch Polished Aluminum Charge Piping. Also included is a polished front mount intercooler measuring 6.25″x18″x3.5″, a Forge Silver Billet BOV, a K&N Air Filter, and stainless braided oil/water feed and return lines. The kit is completed with black silicone intercooler couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, mounting brackets, and all necessary hardware and fittings for a complete installation, along with step-by-step instructions. It explicitly fits the 2003-2008 Toyota Corolla, Matrix, and Vibe 1ZZ models (base, CE, LE, S, XR) and excludes AWD models. While installation is described as straightforward with the included guide, completing the installation requires additional components. An ECU upgrade is mandatory, with options including the GReddy eManage Ultimate with an MWR PNP Harness (for manual or auto trans), or the MWR ECU Master Black (for 2003-04 manual trans only). Fuel system upgrades, such as 630CC injectors and potentially a 255LPH fuel pump (for 2003-04 models), are recommended. A clutch upgrade (Exedy ST1 or MWR Gorilla) is necessary for manual transmissions. For built engines running high boost, a boost controller is advised, though not strictly required for street use.
