The American Powertrain HMS-TCET5009 is a TKO 600 series 5-speed manual transmission, engineered for enhanced drivetrain performance. This unit features a 26-spline input shaft and a 0.64:1 overdrive ratio, enabling more relaxed cruising speeds and improved fuel efficiency. The aluminum case construction contributes to a lighter overall weight, making installation easier and reducing the vehicle's mass. Designed with versatility in mind, the HMS-TCET5009 offers dual-position shifter locations to accommodate various project layouts.
