Show original supplier description
The VSaero TKYO Wide Body Fender Flares offer a 4-piece, 20mm wide body extension for the front of select BMW 3-Series models. The FRP material allows for complex and large shapes while maintaining structural integrity. These fender flares are specifically designed to fit the BMW 325Ci and 330Ci E46 2-door coupe models from 1999 to 2001. They are intended to mount over the existing M3 fender and are cut to allow the M3 vent to remain visible. For proper installation and compatibility, it is noted that M3 side skirts should also be present. It is crucial to understand that VSaero FRP parts are aftermarket accessories that require significant preparation and professional installation. They are not direct bolt-on components and will likely need trimming, cutting, sanding, fitting, or the addition of fiberglass to ensure a proper and seamless fit. Installation may involve custom bodywork, and issues like warping or fitment challenges can arise if not performed by an experienced professional. VSaero recommends installation by a custom shop experienced with fiberglass. VSaero disclaims responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from their use on public roads. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, they are generally not street legal. Before painting, all parts should be dry-fitted, and mounting holes should be drilled. Modifications to factory components, such as fender liners or brackets, might be necessary.
