They prevent accidental shifting into reverse from park or neutral with an exclusive Safety Lock-Out Button, which is flush with the knob when in park. Key features include a positive lock-out in park and neutral, a neutral safety switch, lever adjustments for dash and seat clearance, and 360-degree lever rotation for extra leg space. The slotted bracket allows for fine adjustment of the shifter angle. Levers are available in chrome-plated or black powder coat finish, various lengths and bend styles, and with many knob styles. Lokar shifters feature a versatile main plate and side brackets allowing for multiple mounting positions (front to rear) to utilize existing floor openings or create unique locations.
