The Baileigh TN-400X3 3-Station Abrasive Tube Notcher is engineered for industrial metal fabrication shops that demand fast, efficient, and repeatable notching on round tubing and pipe. Its three independent abrasive belt stations allow multiple tooling setups to stay ready, increasing throughput and reducing downtime. Powered by a 4 HP motor running on 220 V single-phase electrical service, this abrasive notcher delivers smooth, consistent performance for heavy-use applications. A forward/reverse switch lets operators quickly change belt direction for grinding on the rear of workpieces, enhancing versatility. Built with a rugged frame for long service life and integrated mandrel and roller storage in the included stand, the TN-400X3 comes ready with seven standard rollers ranging from ½″ – 2½″ OD and three abrasive belts in 36G, 60G, and 80G grit.
