Tooley Racing V2 Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit

The Brian Tooley Racing TK027 V2 Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and durability of LS7, Gen V LT1, and LT4 engine applications. Building upon the success of their V1 kit, the V2 version introduces significant material and design upgrades. The trunnions are now constructed with pressed inner race bearings made from 52100 heat-treated bearing steel, a superior material compared to the 8620 carburized steel found in many OEM applications and the previous V1 kit. This enhanced lubrication reduces friction and wear, contributing to extended component life and reliable performance under demanding conditions. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as 16 rocker trunnions, 32 trunnion races, 32 grip ring clips, 33 trunnion bearings, 32 retainers, 2 assembly washers, and 16 rocker bolts. The V2 trunnion kit is specifically designed for LS truck-style rocker applications.
