Overview

The Namura Forged Top-End Repair Kit is a high-performance piston kit designed for the Kawasaki KX250F. This kit features a 76.95mm bore size and a 13.5:1 compression ratio. The piston crown is machined smooth to reflect combustion heat and reduce carbon buildup, while also being hard anodized for durability. The kit includes pistons with MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts for increased heat transfer and reduced friction, along with top-end gasket sets and necessary hardware like wrist pins and circlips.

Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE specifications, ensuring a proper fit without trimming. The gasket materials are selected for their resistance to temperature, oil, fuel, and coolant, and are tested to ASTM standards. This ensures they meet or exceed OE performance. The kit provides all components needed for a complete rebuild.
