Top Feed Conversion Fuel Rail Kit

The Radium Engineering 20-0569-02 fuel rails are a top feed conversion kit for Subaru EJ engines, designed to adapt a factory side-feed fuel injector system to accept universal top-feed injectors. This conversion enables the use of higher-flow injectors necessary for modified or high-performance applications. The fuel rails themselves feature a large internal bore to accommodate significant power demands and are compatible with all fuel types, including alcohol mixtures like E85. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with a durable black anodized finish and laser engraving, these fuel rails offer both performance and aesthetic appeal. The kit includes four anodized and laser-etched billet injector seats, designed for injectors with 14mm lower O-rings, and thermal insulating press-in spacers to mitigate heat transfer from the intake manifold. The injector bores are 14mm in diameter, and the rails are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings, with adapters and other accessories available separately. This specific conversion rail kit (20-0569-02) is compatible with Subaru EJ V3-6 engines and requires injectors with 48mm height and 14mm upper and lower O-rings. Examples of compatible injectors include various Injector Dynamics models such as the ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS, and ID2600-XDS. It is crucial to ensure that the chosen injectors meet these specific dimensional requirements. Fuel injectors are not included with this kit.
