The Standard Motor Products FJ164 is a new, direct-fit MFI (Multi-Port Fuel Injection) fuel injector designed for optimal performance and longevity. This top-feed injector features a durable black finish and is constructed with a stainless-steel calibration slide and spring assembly to prevent corrosion within the fuel control body, ensuring an extended service life. The precision-wound and trimmed solenoid windings allow the vehicle's computer to command efficient fuel delivery. High-temperature Viton® O-rings are included to provide prolonged sealing of the injector under extreme heat conditions. The FJ164 utilizes fiber-optic yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) laser welding and undergoes 100 million cycle testing to ensure quality and reliability. It is specified with a male blade terminal type and quantity of two, and it includes the necessary O-ring for installation. The injector is backed by a 36-month/36,000-mile warranty.
