Description

The GrimmSpeed Top Mount Intercooler Kit is designed for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX. This intercooler features a 17.5in x 8.7in x 3.5in Cross Flow Core for a balance of heat transfer and low pressure drop. It includes cast aluminum end tanks with a machined BPV flange, 5-ply silicone couplers, and vibration isolation mounting.

The kit aims to provide maximum cooling with minimum restriction, addressing the heat-soak limitations of the OEM TMIC under higher boost or harder use. By removing heat from the compressed air, it creates denser air, helping to eliminate pre-detonation and allow for increased output.
