The Rotary-Works Top Mount Turbo + Intercooler Kit is engineered for the 1991-2002 Mazda RX-7 FD models equipped with the 13B engine, aiming to significantly enhance performance. This comprehensive kit includes a T4 T70 turbocharger featuring a 0.70 A/R compressor and a 0.96 A/R turbine, designed for robust airflow with its 4" air inlet and 2.5" air outlet. The turbo is oil-cooled and utilizes wet floating bearings for durability. Accompanying the turbo is a 50mm wastegate, pre-set to 10 PSI, to manage boost levels effectively. The intercooler is a bar and plate design with a substantial core measuring 18"x12"x4" and an overall size of 25"x12"x4", ensuring efficient charge air cooling. The kit also incorporates a 3" mandrel-bent aluminum piping system complete with a blow-off valve (BOV), silicon hoses, and T-bolt clamps. Included in this package is a T4 turbo manifold with a 50mm wastegate flange and a 3" V-band downpipe, along with an oil line kit. This kit is capable of supporting applications up to 500 horsepower.
