TORQUE ARM SUSPENSION KIT, GM 12-BO

Add a modern suspension system, improve handling, and reduce wheelhop and axle wrap on your 1st Gen GM F-body with a Torque Arm Suspension conversion from BMR Suspension. This kit replaces the antiquated factory leaf spring suspension with a modern torque arm three-link system, providing total control over axle movement and eliminating axle wrap. Manufactured from heavy-duty DOM steel tubing and laser-cut, CNC-formed steel plate, this system is extremely strong. It is designed to be 100% bolt-on with zero fabrication, cutting, or welding required. The TAS001R is designed for street performance, Pro Touring, and handling applications, offering versatility for street, drag racing, or road racing without compromise. The system features a fabricated torque arm, Watts link for precise lateral axle positioning, and adjustable lower control arms for pinion angle and anti-squat adjustments. The Watts link also allows for four roll center adjustment positions. This kit is compatible with existing GM 10- and 12-bolt rearends, and a kit is also available with an all-new 9-inch Strange Engineering housing. It requires coil-over shocks and springs, which are sold separately. Made in the U.S.A. Note: Use on convertibles requires slight floorpan alteration.
