The Circle D HP Series 10R80 Torque Converter is engineered for superior strength and durability, designed to handle significant horsepower increases in modified vehicles. This converter starts with the robust design of the factory 10R80 unit, enhanced with a CFD-designed, 5th Axis CNC machined billet stator and custom impeller modifications. Custom internal clearances and Torrington-style bearings further contribute to its enhanced performance and longevity. This torque converter is available in multiple configurations to suit various setups. Options include two converter diameters: 245mm and 258mm. Each diameter is offered with a wide range of stall speed options, from 2800-3000 RPM up to 4200-4400 RPM. Applications are categorized for Naturally Aspirated, Forced Induction - Positive Displacement Supercharger, Forced Induction - Turbo & Twin Turbo, and Forced Induction - Centrifugal Supercharger, allowing for a tailored fit to your specific performance goals. The Circle D HP Series 10R80 Torque Converter is recommended for naturally aspirated applications or those up to 750 horsepower. For higher performance demands, specifically applications ranging from 750HP to 2000HP, there is a dedicated 'Pro Series' version. This converter is specifically designed for 2018+ Ford Mustang and F-150 models equipped with the 10R80 transmission, offering a direct fit and improved street driving characteristics alongside its performance capabilities.
