This converter helps align launch RPMs with these performance enhancements, allowing drivers to capitalize on horsepower gains available in higher RPM ranges. Constructed with furnace-brazed fins, needle bearings, and a hardened pre-ground pump hub, the StreetFighter converter is also computer balanced for optimal performance. It offers benefits such as higher RPM launches, quicker reaction times, lower elapsed times, and improved low- and mid-range power. It provides a significant increase in stall RPM over stock, exceeding 1500 RPM. This torque converter features a 10.625" bolt pattern and is compatible with Ford AODE/4R70W transmissions from 1994-2004. Note that the flexplate must be drilled for 7/16" bolts, and a flexplate is not included. Installation hardware is included. The product comes with a 12-month warranty.
