Torsion Bar Keys

The Cognito Motorsports Torsion Bar Keys (110-90269) are constructed from forged steel with a raw finish, designed to help you set the front ride height of your 2001-2010 GM 2500 or 3500 series truck. These keys are a critical component for leveling kits or for increasing the height setting on existing lifted applications, such as adjusting a 4-inch lift to a 6-inch setting. Proper adjustment is essential to ensure ample suspension droop travel, which is key to maintaining a comfortable ride quality. GM utilized various torsion bar spring rates across different models and features of these trucks. Some higher spring rate configurations may already achieve the maximum recommended ride height without the need for aftermarket adjuster keys. This kit is specifically intended for use in leveling and lifted applications where additional height is desired beyond the factory setting. Installation of these torsion bar keys requires a qualified mechanic and a thorough understanding of the provided instructions. The product is designed for 2WD and 4WD models of the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500HD, and 3500HD, as well as the Chevrolet Suburban 2500 (2001-2013). The system provides approximately 2 inches of front lift.
