The Blaylock TL-23 is a bulldog style coupler lock designed for recreational and industrial use. It features a solid cast aluminum construction that completely encases the receiver and a hardened solid steel pin for secure fastening.

This coupler lock is made in the USA using aircraft-grade aluminum and has a one-piece, easy-to-use push-button construction. It fits 2 5/16” bulldog style couplers and covers hammerblow, cequent, and bulldog types.
