The Borla Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System (140050) is engineered to provide a mild to moderate exhaust note, making it perfect for daily drivers. Constructed from aircraft-grade T-304 stainless steel, this system features mandrel-bent tubing to ensure maximum exhaust flow, which can lead to improved horsepower and torque gains. Borla utilizes patented straight-through and multi-core technology in their mufflers, which are custom-tuned to deliver a quiet idle and a moderate acceleration sound. The system is 50-state legal and comes with a one million mile warranty on non-moving parts, with catalytic converters and moving parts like valves and actuators covered for three years. Borla exhaust systems are made in the USA. This system is specifically designed for the 1999-2004 Ford F250/350 Super Duty models equipped with the 5.4L V8 or 6.8L V10 engines. It fits both automatic and manual transmissions, as well as both 2WD and 4WD configurations, and 2-door and 4-door cab styles.
