It is constructed from 3" U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel and features 4-1/2" double-walled diamond black tips. This exhaust system is engineered with AWE's 180 Technology to provide an aggressive tone without drone.

The AWE 3" Stainless Steel Non-Resonated Touring Edition Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to enhance the sound and performance of the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. Handcrafted from U.S.-sourced .068" wall T304L stainless steel, this system features a direct bolt-on design for straightforward installation. It includes two 4-1/2" double-walled exhaust tips finished in diamond black, which are individually adjustable for optimal depth within the bumper. This Touring Edition system incorporates AWE's proprietary 180 Technology, a drone-canceling solution that allows for a throaty exhaust note without the unwanted interior resonance. The design is clean, non-baffled, and straight-through, aimed at maximizing performance. The system also includes an Electronic Valve Simulator to prevent Check Engine Lights. This cat-back exhaust is designed to deliver an aggressive sound profile while minimizing drone, offering gains of up to 22hp and 19 ft-lbs of torque at 6490rpm. It is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house in the USA. The installation difficulty is rated as Easy, requiring novice skills.
