The Reese Products 83238-002 is a towing starter kit designed for various towing needs. It includes a quick-loading 2-inch square ball mount and a 2-5/16-inch chrome hitch ball with a pin and clip. This kit has a Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) rating of 7500 lbs, a ball hole size of 1 inch, and measures 9 inches in length. The ball mount also features a 2-3/4 inch rise and a 4-inch drop.
