The CORE 4X4 Town Series Adjustable Front Suspension Kit is engineered to provide complete control over your Dodge Ram 1500 (2000-2002). This comprehensive solution addresses common issues like death wobble, steering instability, and misalignment, resulting in superior handling, precise axle positioning, and enhanced durability. Constructed from heavy-duty DOM steel tubing, the components feature greaseable and rebuildable polyurethane bushings. The front upper control arms are built with 1.625” OD 3/16” wall DOM, while the front lower control arms use 1.875” OD 3/16” wall DOM. The kit supports 0-6 inches of lift, allowing for fine-tuned axle centering and suspension geometry correction. Each component is finished with a two-stage powder coating process, including a zinc primer base coat for rust protection and a durable topcoat available in 10 color options, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and a personalized look. All CORE 4X4 components are proudly designed and manufactured in Orem, Utah, USA, backed by a lifetime warranty on non-wear items. While this kit installs using factory hardware, an optional Grade 8 hardware kit with a cam bolt delete is available separately for enhanced durability and alignment retention. This upgrade eliminates weak factory cam bolts, ensuring stability under heavy loads.
